Liliana is an experienced Customer Service Representative. Liliana started her insurance journey in 2004 and has performed various roles in the insurance agency. Customer service, new customers acquisition, quoting, assisting with claim reporting and process, policy growth and management, policy retention and sales. In her past tenures Liliana achieved her license in Property and Casualty in Massachusetts and Rhode Island along with a National Designation, Certified Insurance representative. Liliana has also volunteered and served as secretary for the MAIW and as Publicity and Public Relations advocate for the MAIW Bristol Chapter. Liliana Insurance career was interrupted when she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. Liliana continues working and striving to achieve her best at her profession. Liliana is a dedicated and knowledgeable insurance professional. Liliana keeps up to date with the insurance carriers that JT Insurance Agency represents. Her main goal and focus are to always provide accurate and personalized insurance coverage . Liliana believes in providing every customer with a quality, pleasant, honest, and positive experience.  Liliana takes pride in promoting JT Insurance Agency mission and vision, customer satisfaction is our Agency most valuable goal. Liliana currently lives in Fall River, Ma, with her husband Arnaldo and their sons, Sam, and Gabriel. Liliana currently attends the St. Anne’s Cancer Support group meetings and enjoys sharing her cancer treatment journey with other survivors. Liliana loves to travel and spending time with her family and friends.
